Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Socks
• Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)
• Used or washed clothing

Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be processed if:

• The returned product passes quality checks.
• It is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

Your refund will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within 5 business days. If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Replacement depends on product availability.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

If approved, a replacement will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
You may still request a return after receiving the product.

Return Shipping Charges

Return pickup is free in most cases.
However, if the return reason is not related to damage or error from our side
(e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size),
a small return shipping fee may apply.
